About (6) six weeks ago I called on you to assist me, or really Peter Katevatis and his son, PJ.   Your wisdom as to the facts of the case was such that it helped lead us to an escape from this never-ending financial drain to Pete.  While we saw the affirmative case was leading nowhere, after speaking with you and preparing questions based upon such a conversation, the other side also saw the matter as a no win.

That conclusion led to both sides agreeing to dismiss their actions.  Quite frankly, without your assistance and expertise, I sincerely believe the case would have dragged on for atleast another year.

Such being the case, I will not be able to retain your services but I wanted to do something to show my appreciation, as well as that of Pete.  I know you like The Chop House, so I hope the enclosed gift card will allow for you and a guest to have a nice dinner on us.
